Massive popular rally staged in Hadramout in support of Gaza

HADRAMOUT, Sept. 12 (YPA) – A massive popular rally was staged on Friday at Tarim district of Hadramout province in solidarity with the Palestinian people in Gaza.

In the rally, participants held up slogans and chants denouncing the ongoing crimes of the Zionist occupation and expressing full solidarity with Palestine, amid Palestinian anthems and chants that embody the deep connection the people of Hadramout with the Palestinian cause.

They affirmed that the Palestinian cause will remain the primary and central issue for the Islamic nation, condemning the brutal massacres and ongoing aggression against civilians in Gaza.

The protesters considered the siege, killing, and displacement taking place in Gaza to be a unified Arab and Islamic stance, calling for the lifting of the unjust siege on Gaza and the release of prisoners and detainees in the occupation’s prisons.

They called on Arab and Islamic countries and the free people of the world to intensify their support and assistance to the Palestinian people, politically, media, and financially, so that they may take their legitimate rights to freedom and independence.

The rally was organized by the Al-Matar Youth Sports, Cultural, and Social Team in cooperation with volunteer teams.
