HODEIDA, Sept. 06 (YPA) – An earthquake measuring 2.6 on the Richter scale struck Al Mansouriya district in Hodeida province, west of Yemen.
Head of earthquake and volcano monitoring and study center, Mohammed Hussein Mutahhar Al-Houthi, confirmed that monitoring stations recorded a mild earthquake in Al-Mansouriyah, measuring 2.6 on the Richter scale, at 5:51 p.m. on Friday.
He pointed out that the earthquake occurred 20 km northeast of the district.
