Citizen dies under torture in secret STC prisons

SHABWA, Aug. 30 (YPA) – Citizen Mohammed Ali Daman died under torture in a secret prison of the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) factions in the Bihan district of Shabwa province after being arrested by the UAE-backed militia.

 Daman’s arrest was based on forced confessions extracted under torture, on the grounds that he used sorcery.

 This incident is part of a series of violations and crimes against citizens in areas under the Saudi-led coalition’s control.
