Hebrew media: “Israel” is heading towards one of its greatest historical defeats

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Aug. 02 (YPA) – Hebrew newspaper Maariv warned that Israel is rapidly moving toward one of its greatest historical defeats, in light of the absence of a clear strategic vision and the continued intransigence of the far-right government coalition, which ignores the field and humanitarian reality on the ground.

In a fiery report published by the Hebrew newspaper, it confirmed that the Israeli occupation army had failed to achieve any of the declared goals of the war, most notably the recovery of prisoners from the Gaza Strip and the dismantling of Hamas’s rule, considering that these goals “have become worn-out slogans with no support on the ground.”

Maariv added that the situation within the occupation army is deteriorating, with an increase in suicides, the refusal of many soldiers to return to service, and even the imprisonment of soldiers who refused to carry out orders.

The Hebrew newspaper asked sharply: “Has anyone forgotten that the army has limited capabilities and cannot be treated as a tireless machine?”

The warnings did not stop at the military issue, but extended to the diplomatic and economic dimensions, as the newspaper pointed to a “political tsunami” striking Israel’s image globally, “as Israeli ambassadors and citizens have become vulnerable to attacks and expulsion from some countries, and major international companies have begun to avoid dealing with Israeli institutions for fear of sanctions or damage to their reputation.”

The Hebrew newspaper concluded its report with phrases that warn of an internal explosion, noting that what it described as “leadership incompetence” could lead “Israel” into a dark tunnel, from which it will be difficult to exit without a high price.
