WEST BANK, July 28 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces launched a series of raids and arrests early Monday across several governorates in the occupied West Bank, detaining a number of Palestinian citizens, including former prisoners and minors, as part of an ongoing daily escalation.
In Bethlehem, the occupation forces raided several areas of the city and arrested six Palestinians from various neighborhoods, including a former prisoner.
Among those detained was a young man from Al-Jabal Street and another from Al-Saf Street, originally from the Gaza Strip and currently residing in the city
In Hebron, two Palestinian men were arrested after severely beating them during raids on their homes in the southern towns of Al-Samu’ and Bani Na’im.
In Qalqilya, three Palestinians were arrested during widespread raids that targeted several homes in the town of Azzun, east of the city, accompanied by extensive property damage.
Three other Palestinians were arrested in the city of Al-Bireh and the village of Al-Mazra’a Al-Gharbiya, northwest of Ramallah.
Simultaneously, occupation forces raided homes in the towns of Birzeit and Abu Qash, as well as the village of Abu Shkheidem, north of Ramallah.
In Nablus, a Palestinian man was arrested in the town of Beit Furik, northeast of the city.
In the town of Beit Duqqu, northwest of Jerusalem, two young men from the Ryan family were arrested during a raid that targeted several homes in the area.
