Death toll of Israeli genocide in Gaza reaches 59,029 martyrs, 142,135 wounded

GAZA, July 21 (YPA) – The death toll from the genocide in the Gaza Strip due to the Israeli occupation’s aggression has risen to 59,029 martyrs and 142,135 injuries since October 7, 2023.

In its daily report, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza stated that 134 martyrs, including 4 rescue martyrs, and 1,155 injuries arrived at Gaza Strip hospitals during the past 24 hours as a result of the Israeli aggression on the Strip.

It indicated that the number of aid martyrs who arrived at hospitals during the past 24 hours rose to 99 martyrs and more than 650 injuries, bringing the total number of livelihood martyrs who arrived at hospitals to 1,021 martyrs and more than 6,511 injuries.

The ministry stated that the death toll and injuries since March 18, 2025, has reached 8,196 martyrs and 30,094 wounded.

A number of victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them at this moment, the ministry added.
