Hadramout’s frequent power outages increases citizen suffering

HADRAMOUT, July 19 (YPA) – Hadramout coast’s citizens particularly in the city of Mukalla, have expressed their dissatisfaction as a result of an unprecedented and stifling electricity crisis, with frequent power outages.

Citizens said the city has a severe power outage schedule and faced power outages lasting up to six straight hours.

They pointed out that this very short rotation of operating hours did not meet the minimum needs of the population and exacerbated their suffering in light of the rising temperatures.
