WEST BANK, July 07 (YPA) – Israeli occupation bulldozers began demolishing a house in the village of Kharbatha al-Misbah, west of Ramallah, on Monday morning.
Fayez Harfoush, a member of the Kharbatha al-Misbah village council, stated in a phone call with the Palestinian News Agency “WAFA” that the occupation forces, accompanied by three bulldozers, raided the village and began demolishing a residential building belonging to the family of citizen Mahmoud Muhammad Mousa Al-Habl.
The building houses around 50 people, with each floor covering an area of 180 square meters.
He pointed out that the occupation declared the surrounding area a closed military zone and prevented Palestinian residents from approaching.
Harfoush affirmed that the house had been established over 20 years ago and that there had been a previous demolition order under the pretext of building without a permit. Today, the machinery began demolishing it.
