GAZA, July 03 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces continued their deadly assault on displaced Palestinians and civilians awaiting humanitarian aid late Wednesday night and early Thursday morning, leaving dozens dead, wounded, or missing.
Al-Shifa Hospital confirmed that at least 11 people, including women and children, were killed in a strike on the Mustafa Hafez School, which was sheltering displaced families in western Gaza City.
In a separate incident, 13 people — also including women and children — were killed when Israeli warplanes targeted a tent sheltering displaced members of the Abu Assi family near Al-Akkad Mosque in the Al-Mawasi area of Khan Younis. Dozens of others were injured, some critically, according to medical sources.
Three more civilians, including 36-year-old Omaima Nidal Abdul Aziz Al-Bouji, were killed in a strike that targeted tents of displaced persons in the Al-Mujayda neighborhood of Al-Mawasi, Khan Younis. The wounded and deceased were transferred to Kuwait Specialized Field Hospital.
Meanwhile, at least six people were killed and over 100 wounded when Israeli occupation forces targeted Palestinians waiting for humanitarian aid near the Nabulsi Roundabout in western Gaza City, medical officials reported.
On Wednesday night, Al-Awda Hospital reported six fatalities and more than 70 injuries following an Israeli strike on civilians near the hospital’s administrative building in the central Gaza town of Nuseirat.
