France: French snipers accused of killing civilians in Gaza

SANAA, July 01 (YPA) – The International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH, an international organization in France) and five associations filed a complaint with the Court of Justice in Paris against two Israeli snipers of French origin for deliberately killing civilians in the Gaza Strip.

The Federation explained in a statement, on Tuesday, that it filed the complaint in cooperation with the French League for Human Rights, Al-Haq, the Al Mezan Center for Human Rights, the Palestinian Center for Human Rights, and the French-Palestinian Solidarity Association.

The associations accused the two soldiers of French origin, Sacha A. and Gabriel B., who are members of the “Ghost” unit within the Israeli army, of committing crimes of genocide, torture, war crimes, and the deliberate killing of civilians in Gaza.
