Yemen’s massive rally commemorates Iran’s triumph, reiterates steadfast support for Gaza

SANAA, June 27 (YPA) – Al-Sabeen Square in the capital, Sanaa, along with more than 500 squares across Yemen’s provinces, witnessed massive public gatherings on Friday to affirm the Yemeni people’s steadfast support for the Palestinian cause and resistance against the ongoing Israeli aggression.

The participants in the demonstrations raised the slogan, “Blessed be Iran’s victory… and steadfastness with Gaza until victory,” coinciding with the ceasefire between Iran and the Israeli occupation entity.

A popular statement was issued following these events in which the Yemeni people congratulated the Arab and Islamic nation on the new Hijri year. The statement also hailed the victory of the Islamic Republic of Iran over the Zionist-American aggression, praising its ability to build a deterrent force and defend the option of resistance, which serves as a model for other Arab and Islamic countries to emulate.

Through the statement, the participants affirmed their commitment to the path of jihad and supporting the Prophet, expressing a firm stance on the Palestinian cause, regardless of the challenges.

The demonstrators emphasized their full support for the Palestinian people, expressing their endorsement of the Palestinian resistance’s strikes, which have inflicted pain on the Zionist enemy and affirmed their resilience despite the difficult circumstances.

The Yemeni people renewed their pledge to continue supporting their brothers in Gaza and throughout Palestine and to stand by them with all available means to defend the holy sites until victory is achieved.

The attendees also called on the countries of the world to break their silence and take effective steps to support the Palestinian cause in the face of the horrific crimes committed by the Israeli occupation in full view of the entire world.
