Dozens dead, injured in new Israeli occupation airstrikes on Gaza

GAZA, June 13 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation air force launched airstrikes this evening on the city of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip and the Al-Maghazi camp in the central part of the region, resulting in the death and injury of numerous Palestinian civilians.

According to the Palestinian news agency “WAFA,” medical sources confirmed that five people were killed and others injured in an airstrike on the Batan Al-Samin area in Khan Yunis.

The agency also reported that six people were killed and dozens sustained injuries following an attack targeting a gathering of civilians in Al-Maghazi camp, located in Deir Al-Balah. All casualties were transported to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.

Simultaneously, the Israeli military demolished residents’ homes while artillery shelling took place east of Khan Yunis. Additionally, Israeli artillery targeted extensive areas in Jabalia town in the northern part of the Gaza Strip.
