Hamas declares waging war of attrition against Zionist invasion

GAZA, June 08 (YPA) – The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, has said that the resistance is conducting a war of attrition in response to the Israeli genocide against civilians and continues to surprise the enemy daily with renewed field tactics.

In a press statement on Sunday, Hamas said that the escalation of Israel’s military operation is only increasing its losses and pushing its captives toward the unknown.

The Movement emphasized that the only solution lies in a comprehensive deal—something Israeli premier Benjamin Netanyahu continues to reject.

The Movement stressed that the “absolute victory” Netanyahu talks about is nothing but an illusion meant to mislead his public, noting that the war he wanted to be endless “has turned into a daily burden and will end with his political and personal downfall after the collapse of the illusion of a quick victory.”
