Israeli occupation forces issue new evacuation orders across northern Gaza, Gaza City

GAZA,  May 30 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces issued new evacuation orders late Thursday night for several densely populated areas across the northern Gaza Strip, demanding that civilians immediately leave their homes and shelters.

According to Palestinian sources, the occupation called on all residents of Jabalia al-Balad, Al-Atatra, Shuja’iyya, Al-Daraj, and Al-Zaytoun, to evacuate and leave their homes and tents immediately.

On Thursday, at least 70 civilians, including women and children, were killed, and others were wounded, in airstrikes and artillery shelling by the occupation forces targeting multiple areas across the Gaza Strip.

The Gaza Strip has been suffering from a catastrophic humanitarian and relief crisis and a severe famine since the occupation closed the crossings on March 2, preventing the entry of food, medicine, aid, and fuel. Approximately 1.5 million citizens, out of a population of approximately 2.4 million, have been rendered homeless after their homes were destroyed in the war of extermination.
