Civilian killed in Israeli drone attack on Lebanon

BEIRUT, May 29 (YPA) – A Lebanese citizen was killed on Thursday in an Israeli drone strike in southern Lebanon, a new and ongoing violation of the ceasefire agreement between the two sides.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health’s Health Emergency Operations Center said in a statement that the airstrike on the Ali al-Taher Forest in Nabatieh al-Fawqa.

Earlier, the Lebanese National News Agency said an Israeli drone carried out an airstrike, on an employee of the Nabatieh al-Fawqa municipality while he was performing his work in the Ali al-Taher area.
