Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi reviews set of prominent and important lessons from “Palestinian Nakba” anniversary
SANAA, May 15 (YPA) – Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi recalled a number of important lessons coinciding with the anniversary of the “Palestinian Nakba” on May 15, 1948.
Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi said in a televised speech aired on Thursday that one of the most important lessons that can be learned on the anniversary of the Palestinian Nakba is the Israeli enemy’s failure to change its criminal behavior and its continued perpetration of crimes against the Palestinian people, confirming the impossibility of coexistence with the Israeli enemy.
Sayyed Abdulmalik added that continued Western support for the Israeli enemy represents one of the lessons that should be learned on the anniversary of the Nakba; to understand the true positions of Western countries and their disregard for the peoples of the nation and the Arab and Islamic regimes.
Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi noted that the Nakba anniversary presents a chance to reconsider Arab regimes’ actions and their continued policy of appeasement and concessions to the Israeli enemy, which is met with contempt by the Zionist enemy, over the 77 years since the Palestinian Nakba anniversary.
He emphasized that the Palestinian people’s resilience despite ongoing warfare serves as a motivator for Arab regimes and Islamic peoples to confront the Israeli enemy, leaving no excuses.
In his speech, Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi affirmed that the Palestinian cause remains a decisive standard for the credibility of regimes and peoples, emphasizing that “there is no excuse for any party that fails to support the Palestinian resistance model,” warning against attempts at distortion and demonization led by the American and Zionist media.
Palestine is an issue that concerns the entire nation
In response to the propaganda rhetoric that describes those who stand with Palestine as “serving Iran,” Sayyed al-Houthi said: “This deceptive description is one of the most abhorrent forms of stupidity, and is in fact a justification for treason and betrayal.”
He affirmed that the Palestinian people have been suffering from the Nakba since long before the Islamic Revolution in Iran, noting that “the Zionist killing and genocide did not begin with Iran, but rather preceded it by decades, which categorically refutes these allegations.”
Praise for the Mujahideen of Gaza and Lebanon
Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi praised the heroic deeds of the mujahideen in Gaza and Lebanon, saying that they “prevented the Israeli enemy from repeating the 1948 Nakba against the peoples of the region.” He emphasized that “by expelling the enemy from southern Lebanon, Hezbollah fighters inflicted major defeats on it, the echoes of which still reverberate.”
He also commended the qualitative operations carried out by the Al-Qassam Brigades and the Al-Quds Brigades, particularly the “death ambushes east of Rafah” and the rocket barrages targeting the Gaza Strip settlements, which he described as “clear messages of the enemy’s renewed failure in its aggression.”
Greetings to the Mujahideen in Gaza
Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi sent a message of greetings and solidarity to the Palestinian resistance, saying, “We convey to you our sincere greetings, our people, and your comrades in the Yemeni Armed Forces. We ask Allah to grant you victory and support.”
This came in response to the military operation offered by the Al-Quds Brigades as a gift to the stance of Yemen and its people, who resist and support the oppressed Palestinian people and their resistance in the Gaza Strip.
Warning against Arab collusion and embellishing aggression
Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi criticized some voices in Syria and the Arab world that describe the Israeli aggression on Syria as “intervention,” considering this a “shameful mitigation of crimes,” saying, “There is no difference between the occupation’s crimes in Gaza and its repeated attacks on Syria.
He added that the United States practices a policy of “blackmail and contempt” toward Arab regimes, exploiting them to serve Israeli interests, emphasizing that “the American-Israeli approach is based on humiliation, not protection, and appeasement will not change this reality.”
Yemen continues to support Gaza with qualitative operations
Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi announced the implementation of nine military operations over the past week, targeting Lod Airport (Ben Gurion) and a number of vital Israeli targets, using ballistic and hypersonic missiles and drones. He explained that these operations aim to “impose a de facto no-fly zone over the Zionist entity.”
He pointed out that the suspension of flights by dozens of airlines to Ben Gurion Airport is “a major success in exerting economic and moral pressure on the enemy.”
Sayyed Abdulmalik also reiterated that Israeli navigation through the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden remains prohibited, adding that this position is “firm and has not wavered, and will continue in support of Gaza.”
Failure is not covered by clowning
In a related context, Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi mocked US President Donald Trump’s statements, saying, “Trump is trying to cover up his political and military failure with buffoonery, but even he is failing.”
He pointed out that there is consensus, even within Zionist circles, on the failure of the US aggression against Yemen, believing that “the reality on the ground and the political situation cannot be covered up with empty rhetoric.”
