TAIZ, May 12 (YPA) -The city of Taiz witnessed on Monday a protest demanded the arrest of the individual accused of killing the child Marsal Aidarus, who was reportedly shot dead by a local official in Taiz following a dispute between children.
Protesters gathered outside the Public Prosecution building in Taiz —which is under the control of Saudi-led coalition forces—called for the immediate arrest of the suspect, Kamel Al-Sharaabi, along with the armed men who assisted him in the assault on the child, and demanded that they be brought to justice.
Protesters warned against any leniency or delay in ensuring justice for the killing of Marsal.
The child, Marsal, was killed last Friday by gunfire from an armed man named Kamel Al-Sharaabi, following a quarrel between children while they were playing football.
