SANAA, April 26 (YPA) – The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning predicted on Saturday scattered rains in parts of the Yemeni provinces.
in its weather forecast, the center affirmed that the scattered shower might fall on Saada Hajjah, Maheet, Rayma, Dhamar and Ibb, with the possibility of fog forming on the slopes and foothills of these provinces.
The center indicated the weather would be clear to partly cloudy in coastal areas, with moderate to active winds at times along the southern west coast, the entrance to Bab al-Mandab, and the western Gulf of Aden.
According to the center, the weather in the desert areas might be clear to partly cloudy due to the spread of high clouds and hot during the day, with temperatures ranging between 36 and 41 degrees Celsius.
It called on citizens in desert areas and coastal plains to take necessary precautions against the warm weather.
The center also called on fishermen and seafarers along the southern west coast, the Bab al-Mandab Strait entrance, and the western Gulf of Aden to take necessary precautions against rough seas and high waves.
It warned drivers on mountain roads of reduced visibility due to dense low clouds or fog.
