Death toll of Zionist aggression on Gaza rises to 51,157

GAZA, April 19 (YPA) – The death toll from the Israeli occupation’s aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023 has risen to 51,157 martyrs and 116,724 wounded.

Palestinian sources reported, citing medical sources, that the death toll includes 1,783 martyrs and 4,683 wounded since March 18.

The sources said that 92 martyrs and 219 wounded arrived at hospitals in the Gaza Strip during the past 48 hours.

They explained that a number of martyrs are still under the rubble of destroyed homes and facilities, and on the roads, and ambulances and specialized crews are unable to reach them due to lack of capabilities.
