Abdulsalam hails pro-Palestine mass rallies held across Yemen

SANAA, April 12 (YPA) – Mohammed Abdulsalam, spokesperson for Ansarullah and head of the National Delegation,, has hailed the massive rallies held today across the country in rejection of the US brutal aggression and in support and solidarity with Gaza.

“Nearly a month after the American aggression on Yemen, today the Yemeni people have taken to the streets in unprecedented millions in Sanaa and other provinces reject this brutal aggression and to express their support and solidarity with Gaza, ” Mohammed Abdul-Salam said in a post on his Telegram channel.

He stressed that this savage aggression against our country has achieved nothing for the aggressor except the commission of humanitarian crimes by targeting civilians and both public and private civil infrastructure.

” This is a clear failure, in addition to being a documented crime against a people whose resolve and commitment to their just and legitimate cause will only grow stronger in the face of American crimes.”

Abdulsalam added, “The American claim that its attacks on Yemen are to protect maritime navigation in the Red Sea and Bab al-Mandeb is false, misleading, and entirely baseless. Its real aim is to protect “Israel” and to encourage it to continue its genocide against the people of Gaza. This represents a return to an era of barbarism and the law of the jungle.”

The American position is fully exposed to the Yemeni people and to all the free people of the world—it is a position that supports the criminal Zionist entity, and has nothing to do with international navigation, which has not been seriously threatened, according to Abdulsalam.

“What actually threatens navigation is America’s violation of state sovereignty and its militarization of international waters in order to provide “Israel” with security at the expense of the safety and stability of the peoples of the region,” Abdulsalam underlined.
