Araghchi arrives in Omani capital Muscat

MUSCAT, April 12 (YPA) – The Iranian delegation headed by Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi arrived in the Omani capital Muscat.

The US delegation to the meeting scheduled today with Omani mediation in Muscat is led by American envoy Stephen Wittkopf.

The German Press Agency (dpa) reported from its sources that Wittkopf and Araghchi may attend the opening session of the dialogue, although the main talks will be conducted indirectly through a mediator.

On the other hand, Iranian sources indicated that most of the negotiations will be held indirectly.
