Update: Death toll from US airstrikes on Ameen Muqbil city in Hodeida rises to 12

HODEIDA, April 09 (YPA) – The death toll from the American airstrikes on Ameen Muqbil in Hodeida province increased on Wednesday to 12, including 6 women and 4 children, according to medical sources in the province.

The sources said that the body of a woman was recovered from under the rubble of homes destroyed by the US massacre in the residential neighborhood in the Al-Hawak District.

The Ministry of Health in Sanaa had previously announced that the number of deaths had reached 11, including five women and four children, and that 15 were wounded, four of whom were seriously injured, in a preliminary toll.

The Ministry of Health later announced the death of one of the wounded on Wednesday evening.The number of civilian casualties is expected to rise due to the critical condition of some of those wounded in the US attack.
