Israeli occupation continues its aggression against Tulkarm

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, April 09 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation forces continue their aggression on Tulkarm city and its camp for the 73rd day, and on the 60th day in Nur Shams camp, through raids, arrests, and acts of vandalism.

The occupation forces stormed the city from its southern entrance with military vehicles, deployed throughout the streets and neighborhoods, raiding homes, and terrorizing residents.

The occupation forces raided the home of the Hashhash family in the Shuweika suburb and carried out extensive searches. Other neighborhoods witnessed a heavy deployment of military vehicles, with live ammunition and sound bombs being fired. The forces stationed near Thabet Hospital detained young men for field investigation without recording any arrests in the area.

The occupation forces arrested three young men from different areas and raided a citizen’s home in the Ezbet al-Tayah suburb, vandalizing its contents.

The forces intensified their presence in the Tulkarm and Nur Shams camps, where infantry units were deployed and raided homes, and repeated explosions were heard. Homes also continued to be seized and converted into military barracks, with streets closed with barricades, restricting citizens’ movement.
