Japanese demand Hungary arrest Netanyahu on charges of genocide in Gaza

SANAA, April 05 (YPA) – Activists in Japan demonstrated in front of the Hungarian diplomatic mission, demanding that the Hungarian authorities arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on charges of committing genocide in Gaza.

The protests coincided with his visit to Budapest, where the demonstrators stressed the need to hold him accountable for the crimes committed against the Palestinians.

The protesters raised banners calling for justice for the Palestinians and denouncing the Israeli aggression, chanting slogans demanding that the international community take urgent action to stop crimes against civilians in the Gaza Strip and prosecute the war criminal Netanyahu.

Human rights activists stressed that these movements aim to pressure governments to take firm positions against the Israeli genocide, noting that Netanyahu must be held accountable before international justice for his role in escalating the war on Gaza.
