Two persons killed, four others arrested by new Syrian internal security forces

DAMASCUS, March 05 (YPA) – Two men were killed by members of the Internal Security Forces of the Military Operations Administration during a raid operation on the predominantly Alawite Al-Da’atour neighborhood in Latakia city, the Syrian Observatory For Human Rights (SOHR) reported.

According to SOHR, the men were guards at the neighborhood school.

Moreover, four persons were also arrested, while several houses were stormed, causing damage to the houses due to indiscriminate shooting, SOHR added.

The region has witnessed an arrest campaign and the block of the roads leading to the neighborhood, amid heavy gunfire.

Meanwhile, the Syrian Democratic Observatory published a video showing members of the Special Security Forces affiliated with Syria’s new rulers carrying out a field execution of two young men working at an under-construction building in the Al-Da’atour neighborhood.
