Death toll from Zionist aggression on Gaza rises to 48,329

GAZA, Feb. 23 (YPA) – The death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 48,329 since the start of the Israeli genocide in October 2023, medical sources announced on Saturday.

According to the same sources, the number of injuries has climbed to 111,753, while thousands remain trapped under the rubble as rescue efforts continue to face significant obstacles.

“Over the past 24 hours, 10 martyrs arrived at Gaza hospitals today: 7 were recovered from under the rubble, 2 were newly martyred, and 1 succumbed to his wounds,” the sources added.
