SANAA, Feb. 13 (YPA) – Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi on Thursday warned the Israeli occupation entity and the United States against passing a plan to displace the Palestinian people from the Gaza Strip, stressing that this would prompt Yemen to intervene militarily.
This came in a speech he delivered this evening about the latest international and regional developments.
“If the American succeeds in passing his plan, we will intervene militarily to prevent it and move within the framework of our jihadi duty and we will not stand by and watch,” Sayyed Abdulmalik said.
He affirmed that Yemen’s position is firm and principled in supporting the Palestinian people and their mujahideen.
Sayyed Abdulmalik highlighted that Washington is rushing to advance the unjust Zionist agenda, warning that America’s push to displace Palestinians from Gaza and the West Bank aims to eradicate the Palestinian cause entirely.
He noted that most of human society was taken aback by that and reacted with strong disapproval, with some perceiving former President Trump’s statements to be among his usual unrealistic, illogical, and unreasonable remarks.
Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi stressed that “the issue of buying Gaza was met with global disapproval and became like a joke because it was very naive and strange talk.”
He explained that the US President Donald Trump, who introduced during his first term what was called the “Deal of the Century”, and in his second term escalated by what he described as “the crime of the century” by displacing the Palestinian people.
Sayyed Abdulmalik further elaborated that Trump is presenting his agenda with stark transparency, aiming to persuade Arab regimes that have neglected their support for the Palestinian cause. “Trump is exerting pressure on these regimes by putting them in an embarrassing position, and imposing his agendas on them through dictation instead of dialogue or mutual understanding.
