Sayyed Al-Houthi: We reject displacing Gaza people, and ready to intervene militarily at any Israeli escalation

SANAA, Feb. 11 (YPA) – Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi, leader of Ansarallah in Yemen, reiterated on Tuesday Yemen’s fixed position in supporting the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples if the Israeli enemy returns to escalate its aggression against Gaza and southern Lebanon.

In a televised speech this evening on the anniversary of the escape of the American Marines from Sanaa, Sayyed Abdulmalik warned about the dangers of US President Donald Trump’s threats to transport the residents of the Gaza Strip to Egypt, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia.

Al-Houthi emphasized the support of the Palestinian people politically, militarily and in the media, affirming Yemen’s readiness for military intervention if the occupation escalates against Gaza.

He warned that the Israeli escalation would drag on the war and its security and economic risks, stressing that “relying on American support would not spare Israel from the consequences.”

Sayyed Al-Houthi also made it clear that Israel’s continued procrastination in implementing the agreement and its return to escalation will be met with Palestinian steadfastness.

Regarding Lebanon, he renewed the commitment to support Hezbollah and the Lebanese people against any aggression.

Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi criticized the Arab world’s inaction toward Gaza, which contrasts sharply with America’s support for the occupation against the Palestinian people. He emphasized that Arab regimes lacked the resolve to unite and ensure the delivery of food to the starving population in Gaza.

He cited that Saudi Arabia had hosted several summits that produced statements but no real actions, which reflects a broader pattern of Arab submission and alignment with US policies.

Abdulmalik Al-Houthi called for an Arab position rejecting the American project to displace the people of Gaza, stressing that this is an opportunity for Arab countries to reject American hegemony and unite ranks to thwart the plan against Gaza.

He addressed Trump, saying, “Do you imagine, oh foolish idiot, that the people of Gaza will sell you their land after all their unparalleled steadfastness and great sacrifices?”

Sayyed Al-Houthi stated that American aggressive decisions against Arab countries often find support from Arabs whose position ranges between collusion and inaction.

He concluded by affirming Yemen’s readiness for immediate escalation if necessary.
