Israeli occupation forces raid several Palestinian homes in Ramallah, Al-Bireh

WEST BANK, Feb. 08 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation forces raided at dawn several Palestinian homes in the villages and towns of Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate.

According to Palestinian sources, the occupation forces raided the homes of the families of prisoners expected to be released today as part of the fifth batch of the ceasefire agreement and verbally threatened them with punitive measures against them if they held gatherings or celebrations for the release of their sons.

They added that the occupation forces assaulted the released prisoner Fakhri Al-Barghouthi from Kober, causing him bruises throughout his body.

This comes within the framework of the policy of oppression and strangulation pursued by the occupation authorities against the Palestinian people, the detainees, and their families.
