Sanaa government discusses joint cooperation with WHO

SANAA, Feb. 03 (YPA) – The Sanaa government’s Foreign Minister, Jamal Amer, met on Monday with the Representative of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Yemen, Dr. Ferima Zerbo, to discuss ways to improve joint cooperation between Sanaa and the organization.

During the meeting Amer emphasized the importance of implementing projects that meet the needs of citizens, focusing on health and disease prevention.

Dr. Zerbo confirmed that the WHO office’s activities in Yemen are based on community needs and in coordination with relevant ministries.
