Israeli occupation approves law allowing to buy West Bank lands

ALQUDS, Jan. 26 (YPA) – The Israeli Ministerial Committee for Legislation approved on Sunday a draft law that allows Zionist settlers to purchase lands in the West Bank.

This came in preparation for implementing the annexation plan, in addition to forging land purchase contracts.

The Knesset plenum would vote on the bill, which was submitted by MK Moshe Solomon, from the Religious Zionism Party, on behalf of the “Land of Israel Lobby” in the Knesset, and signed by 40 MKs.

The bill stated that “anyone can purchase rights to land in the West Bank, as anywhere else.”

In mid-November, the Ministerial Committee for Legislation had discussed this draft law.
