Hamas demands leaders, army of occupation be tried for their unprecedented brutal crimes in modern era

GAZA, Jan. 20 (YPA) – Hamas Movement stated, on Monday, that what was revealed by the images of the widespread destruction that affected the civilian infrastructure in all areas of Gaza is evidence of the brutality of this fascist entity that is devoid of all human values.

Hamas stressed in a statement that these unprecedented brutal crimes in the modern era were carried out by the occupation government and its fascist army, in full view of the world, which requires activating all international legal frameworks to try the occupation leaders and its army as war criminals.

She said: “Over the course of 471 days, the systematic crimes of the occupation have not succeeded in dissuading our people and their valiant resistance from clinging to the land and confronting the aggression.”

Hamas stressed that Gaza, with its great people and strong will, will rise again to rebuild what the occupation has destroyed and continue on the path of steadfastness until the occupation is defeated and the independent Palestinian state is established with Jerusalem as its capital.
