Yemen army strikes vital Israeli targets in Umm al-Rashrash

SANAA, Jan. 18 (YPA) – The Yemeni military launched on Saturday evening a fresh missile attack on two vital targets of the Israeli occupation in the Umm al-Rashrash area, known as Eilat, in southern occupied Palestinian territories.

In a televised statement, spokesman of armed forces Brig. Gen. Yahiya Sarie, affirmed that two targets were attacked with a ballistic Dhu al-Fiqar rocket and a cruise missile, hitting the targets accurately.

The spokesman reiterated that the Yemeni armed forces will stand by the Palestinian resistance in Gaza and in coordination with it in order to deal appropriately militarily with any violations or any military escalation being committed by the Israeli enemy during implementing the ceasefire agreement.

He added that the operations came in support of the oppressed Palestinian people and their fighters, and in response to the recent massacres against in Gaza.
