Death toll from Israeli aggression in Gaza rises to 45,541, with 108,338 injured

GAZA, Dec. 30 (YPA) – The death toll from Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 45,541, with 108,338 injured, primarily children and women, since October 7, 2023, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza.

“The Zionist enemy army committed three massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, resulting in 27 martyrs and 149 injuries in the past 24 hours,” the Ministry of Health stated in its daily statement on Monday.

The ministry added that many victims remain under rubble and on roads, with ambulance and civil defense crews unable to reach them.
