5 prisoners from Gaza martyred in occupation prisons within 24 hours

GAZA, Dec. 30 (YPA) – The Commission of Prisoners and Freed Prisoners Affairs and the Prisoners Club announced on Monday the martyrdom of four prisoners from Gaza Strip in Israeli occupation prisons.

This comes one day after the martyrdom of prisoner Ashraf Abu Warda.

The four prisoners are Muhammad Rashid Akka (44), Samir Mahmoud Al-Kahlout (52), Zuhair Omar Al-Sharif (58), and Muhammad Anwar Labad (57).

The news of Akka’s martyrdom came from the General Authority for Civil Affairs, while the families of Kahlout and Labbad received it through the Hamoked Foundation.
Sharif’s martyrdom was confirmed by a private lawyer in Ramla Prison.

The announcement of the four martyrs brings the number of prisoners and detainees in Israeli prisons since the war of extermination to 54, and they are the only ones whose identities are known due to the ongoing crime of enforced disappearance against hundreds of detainees from Gaza.

The number of martyrs of the captive movement since 1967, whose identities are known, rises to 291 martyrs.

The Prisoners’ Commission and Prisoners’ Club noted the increasing number of prisoner martyrs as a humanitarian catastrophe, confirming the occupation’s systematic and public liquidation of prisoners without regard for humanity, highlighting the ongoing humanitarian crisis.
