Emirati media figure exposes failure of pro-coalition officials in Aden

ABU DHABI, Dec. 29 (YPA) – A journalist in one of the Emirati channels has revealed the abject failure of officials loyal to the Saudi-led coalition to provide the simplest basic services in the city of Aden, southern Yemen, over the past ten years.

The Emirati journalist, Adel Al-Yafei, criticized in a post on the “X” platform the inability of these officials to repair police stations, extend water lines, and establish stable power stations.

Al-Yafei affirmed that these officials have failed to provide any radical solutions to the problems suffered by the people of Aden, especially the deteriorating infrastructure, despite their complete control over revenues and resources in Aden.

He highlighted a blatant contradiction in the speech of pro-coalition officials in Aden, as they hold the “northerners” responsible for the deteriorating conditions in the city while they control all resources and revenues, in a reference to the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) leaders.
