Death toll from Israeli aggression on Gaza rises to 44,930

GAZA, Dec. 14 (YPA) – The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced Saturday that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Strip for the 435th day has risen to 44,930, with 106,624 wounded.

The ministry’s daily report stated that the Israeli occupation forces committed two massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, leaving 55 martyrs and 170 injured during the past 24 hours.

The ministry indicated that a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them.

Earlier, the United Nations announced that women and children constituted nearly 70 percent of the martyrs of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip between November 2023 and April 2024.
