Denmark delivers Ukraine new batch of F-16 fighters

KYIV, Dec. 07 (YPA) – Denmark’s government has delivered a new batch of American F-16 fighters to Ukraine.

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky announced on Saturday that his country had received a second batch of F-16 fighters from Denmark.

Zelensky said in a statement on his social media that the first batch of aircraft was currently working to shoot down Russian missiles and protect the people of Ukraine and its infrastructure.

He continued: “Now our air shield has been further strengthened, if all our partners are determined in this way, they would have already succeeded in stopping Russian terrorism.”

Zelensky thanked the Danish government and people for their support for his country.
