Million-strong popular march held across Yemen in support of Gaza, Lebanon

SANAA, Nov. 22 (YPA) – An unprecedented million-strong popular march was organized on Friday in the capital Sanaa in support of the peoples of Palestine and Lebanon.

During the march, which was held in Al-Sabeen Square in the capital, the participants who came out under the rain confirmed that the blood and sacrifices of the martyrs are the source of strength of the Yemeni people and that strengthens their steadfastness in confronting the enemies of the Islamic nation.

The crowds condemned America’s continued use of the veto to obstruct any decision to stop the war on Palestinian people in Gaza, stressing that this veto revealed once again that America is the main partner and supporter of the continuation of the Zionist genocidal war in Gaza.

The protestors called on the Arab and Islamic peoples to take effective action and a strong position to stop the genocidal war that the Palestinian people are being subjected to by the criminal Zionist entity.

They condemned the genocidal war that the US and EU-supported criminal Israeli enemy’s committing against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip for the second straight year, in light of shameful and humiliating Arab, Islamic and international silence.

The march’s statement noted the continuous victories made by the Sanaa-based armed forces, the latest of which was forcing the US aircraft carrier (Abraham Lincoln) to flee, calling for the continuation of military operations and strikes against the enemies.
