GAZA, Nov. 22 (YPA) -At least 12 Palestinians, the majority of them women and children, were killed on Friday in Israeli airstrikes on Gaza City, Deir al-Balah in the center of the Strip, and Khan Younis in the south.
Palestinian sources reported that eight people, including women and children, were killed in an Israeli air raid on a home belonging to the Abu Assr family in the Shuja’iya neighborhood, east of Gaza City. Several others were wounded in the strike.
In a separate attack, a woman and her child were killed, while her husband sustained serious injuries in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a tent sheltering displaced people in the Al-Mawasi area of Khan Younis, in the northwest of the city.
Additionally, sources confirmed that two more individuals were slaughtered, and several others were wounded when Israeli warplanes struck a house belonging to the Abu Samra family in the western part of Deir al-Balah.
The occupation’s ongoing aggression by land, sea, and air on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has so far resulted in the killing of 44,056 and the injury of 104,268.
Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
