Yemeni airstrikes hit Israeli targets in Jaffa, Ashkelon

SANAA, Nov. 17 (YPA) – The Yemeni armed forces in Sanaa launched on Sunday a qualitative military operation against Israeli targets in the Jaffa and Ashkelon areas of southern occupied Palestine.

The Sanaa forces explained in a statement that the operation, carried out by using drones, was successful in achieving its goals.

The operation came in support of Palestinian and Lebanese peoples and their resistance in the fifth phase of the escalation, the statement added.

Sanaa forces confirmed that they would continue their operations in response to the Zionist enemy’s crimes in Gaza and Lebanon.

This operation is the second within less than 24 hours, as the Sanaa forces had previously announced the implementation of a military operation against a vital target of the Israeli enemy in the Umm al-Rashrash area (Eilat) in southern occupied Palestine with a number of drones.
