HADRAMOUT, Nov. 16 (YPA) – A recruit of the “First Military Region” loyal to the Islah Party was killed in an unknown airstrike in the Al-Abr area in Hadramout province, eastern Yemen.
Informed sources in Hadramout reported that a drone believed to be American launched an air strike at the Islah Party’s “23rd Brigade” gate in Al-Abr, west of Hadramout, yesterday, Friday, as a result of which one of the recruits was killed.
The sources confirmed that the raid occurred after a car left the camp gate without knowing the targeted people or the party behind the attack.
This came with the escalation of terrorist activities in the desert areas adjacent to the areas under the control of the Islah Party in Marib, which constitute the most important strongholds of Al-Qaeda and are targeted from time to time by American airstrikes.
