HADRAMOUT, Nov. 14 (YPA) – The government loyal to the Saudi-led coalition announced the closure of the border between Yemen and Saudi Arabia for two days due to the stifling crisis caused by the accumulation of hundreds of passenger cars at the land crossing.
The traffic jam lasted for days, prompting the Land Transport Authority of the coalition-affiliated government in Aden to suspend trips by public transport companies towards Saudi Arabia for two days, starting tomorrow, Friday.
Pictures and videos circulated by activists on social media showed hundreds of vehicles crowded along the road leading to the border crossing, in a scene that reflects the extent of the suffering of travelers.
