MAHRA, Nov. 10 (YPA) – Mahra-based electricity corporation, east of Yemen, announced that it would head towards an emergency situation due to the depletion of fuel in the stations.
The corporation affirmed in a joint statement with the oil company that the fuel ran out on October 22, indicating that the local authority purchased fuel to avoid the power outage crisis.
The statement indicated that the so-called “Supervision and Control Committee” for electricity fuel in Aden city, south of Yemen, said that there were no official quantities available to supply electricity stations in the provinces.
