Israeli occupation forces bomb UNRWA schools in Jabalia

GAZA, Oct. 21 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation forces surrounded on Monday morning the schools of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), which shelter displaced people in the vicinity of Birkat Abu Rashid in Jabalia camp.

The Israeli occupation artillery bombed the vicinity of the agency’s shelter centers in the same place.

Earlier, UNRWA announced that “Israel” rejected an urgent request submitted by the agency to evacuate those trapped under the rubble, as a result of the genocide being committed in the northern Gaza Strip.

This came in statements made by Enas Hamdan, UNRWA’s media officer, at a time when famine is worsening in the northern Gaza Strip due to the occupation’s genocide and the policy of ethnic cleansing to which the Palestinians are subjected there.
