SANAA, Oct. 17 (YPA) – Syrian air defenses, on Thursday, intercepted hostile attacks in the skies of Latakia, due to an Israeli aggression at the entrance to the city, which led to the injury of two civilians and material damage.
The Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported that air defense forces intercepted hostile targets in the skies of Latakia, noting that firefighting teams are working to extinguish the fires resulting from the Israeli aggression at the entrance to the city of Latakia.
According to a military source, “At around 2:50 a.m. today, the Israeli enemy launched an air aggression from the direction of the Mediterranean Sea, targeting one of the points near the southeastern entrance to the city of Latakia, which resulted in the injury of two civilians and material damage to the surrounding private properties.”
