GAZA, Oct. 06 (YPA) – The Public Prosecution Service in the German capital, Berlin, revealed that nearly 3,200 cases, which the police filed against demonstrators opposing the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, have been looked into.
Spokesman for the public prosecutor’s office told the German Press Agency that the public prosecutor is now examining 1,070 cases related to crimes that have occurred during demonstrations related to the conflict in the Middle East.
According to the spokesman’s statement, the Berlin police were dealing with about 5,300 other cases as of September 10, many of which are likely to end up with the public prosecutor’s office.
