Dozens of the Israeli soldiers killed, wounded in Hezbollah attack

BEIRUT, Oct. 02 (YPA) – Dozens of the Israeli occupation forces were killed on Wednesday and wounded in in a confrontations with Lebanon Hezbollah fighters in the borders.

Hezbollah said in a statement that the operation was carried out when its fighters confronted an Israeli infantry force that tried to infiltrate the town of Adaisseh in the Nabatiyeh province in south.

The statement said that Hezbollah fighters clashed with the Israeli force, inflicting losses on it and forcing it to retreat.

In another statement, the Hezbollah fighters targeted a gathering of enemy forces in the Shomera barracks with a rocket salvo, scoring a direct hit.

Meanwhile, Hebrew sources reported that the occupation aircraft transported dozens of wounded soldiers to hospitals after a security incident on the Palestinian-Lebanese border.

The Israeli media outlets confirmed that several soldiers were killed and dozens were wounded in an ambush by Hezbollah near the town of Adaisseh in southern Lebanon.
