Citizen killed, 2 others injured in Zionist raid at southern Lebanon

BEIRUT, Sept. 16 (YPA) – A Lebanese citizen was killed, on Monday, and two others were injured as a result of an air strike launched by the Zionist enemy’s aircraft on the town of Houla, in southern Lebanon.

According to the Lebanese National News Agency, the Public Health Emergency Operations Center affiliated with the Ministry of Health confirmed the martyrdom of one person and injury of two others as a result of this raid.

The Zionist entity escalated its aerial and artillery bombardment of towns and villages in southern Lebanon, coinciding with its aggression on the Gaza Strip, which has been ongoing since October 2023, which led to the deaths and injuries of people and damage was caused to many residents’ properties.
