Death toll since Oct. 7 mounts to 41,226 Palestinians in Israeli offensives

GAZA, Sept. 16 (YPA) – The Gaza-based Ministry of Health announced on Monday at least 20 more Palestinians were killed in Israeli occupation attacks in the Gaza Strip, bringing the overall death toll since last Oct. 7 to 41,226.

The Ministry in a statement that about 95,413 other people have been injured in the Israeli aggression.

The statement added, “There are still a number of victims under the rubble of the destroyed buildings and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them.”

The Israeli occupation has been continuing its war on the Gaza Strip despite the adoption of two resolutions by the UN Security Council to ceasefire immediately, and the orders of the International Court of Justice to take mandatory measures to avoid targeting civilians.
